Chef Brian has worked in some of Sonoma Counties best restaurants over the past 27 years, owning his own restaurant, Bistro 29 for 12 years and now bringing his knowledge to events in northern California.
Growing up in Sonoma county Chef Brian understands the use of local, seasonal and quality ingredients. At the age of 20 Chef Brian traveled to France to race bicycles. Not only did he fall in love with his now wife, Françoise, but he fell in love with the food of France and more importantly the cuisine of Brittany. Taking on recipes from his mother in law, a stage in a Breton crêperie and expanding his palate through culinary experiences in France, Chef Brian will bring his passion to your plate!
